Gilreath & Associates came to us wanting a backup copy of their current website taken, before having us redesign/rebuild it. We quickly discovered that it was built on a proprietary content management system (CMS) and there was no way to save a working backup copy of the old website. This was very frustrating. Fortunately we build all out websites on the open-source WordPress CMS, which can be used by any developer, and migrated to any hosting provider. This gave the client much greater peace of mind in investing in building the new site with us.

We worked with her to create a user-friendly store and checkout process that included granting instant access to the videos. How much will my custom web design project cost?
The cost of your project will depend on many variables such as how many pages your site has, any special functionalities like E-Commerce, your timeline and more. But we don't build super low-budget websites. We prefer to take more time with our projects to deliver high-quality work. This means our prices are higher than most "good enough" web designers you might find in the market. This is definitely a case where you get what you pay for. How long does it take to design and launch a website?
The timeline of your project will depend on many variables but most of our projects last from one to six months. We can also offer high-priority rates if you have a hard-deadline you need it completed by.
What is your design process, and how will you involve me in it?
Our custom web design process begins with a thoughtful discovery period so we can fully understand your business goals and target audience. Typically we also gather brand assets, like logos, images, and content at this time. (We also do branding and copywriting if needed!) Then we work with you to develop the ideal project scope and website structure. Next, we design the new version of your site's Home page and revise it until you're 100% in love with the new design. We continue designing and building out all the internal pages of your site in a hidden staging environment, while giving you access so you can review them work and provide your feedback and revisions. Once everything is tested and looking and working amazing, then we launch the new website replacing your old site and UPing your digital marketing game to the Next-Level!
Do you make websites that look good all device screen sizes and browsers?
Yes! Most visitors to your website will be on a mobile device, so we ensure our designs are mobile responsive and scale cleanly on all different screen sizes and browsers. We also thoroughly test every website we build on all major browsers and devices.
Will my website be optimized for search engines (SEO)?
Besides web design and development, SEO is one of our main areas of expertise, so we ensure that all our projects have the basic fundamentals to perform well in Search Engines. Some of our clients choose to invest more and have us do extensive keyword research for their industry, then optimize the content of their web pages based on this analysis. What is your experience with e-commerce websites?
We have built dozens of E-Commerce sites that the clients are still happily using and profiting from to this day. Typically we use the E-Commerce platform, Woocommerce for WordPress to set up this functionality. Without leaving the website, the customer's payments are typically processed through Paypal, Stripe or other common payment processors. Some of our past clients sold Online Courses, or Exclusive Member's Only Content which required us to build a user-friendly member-dashboard. What kind of support do you offer after my website is launched?
We provide 30 days of support for all new websites. This includes video calls where we provide training to you or your team members on how to use and manage the new website.
